Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Beyond this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Note that some items, including custom-made products (e.g., Kitchen Units, TV Stands, Wardrobes, and General Cupboards), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, downloadable items, certain health and personal care items, custom-made Built-in Kitchens and Cupboards, and boards that are cut to size are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at info@ayeye.co.za for further assistance.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable..
Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@ayeye.co.za and send the item to:

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original payment method of the gift giver.
Shipping Returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
